California Ice Tea
4 tea bags
1 cup fresh lemon juice (5 to 6 lemons)
1/2 3/4 cup superfine sugar, to taste
3 lemon slices
Steep the 4 tea bags in 4 cups of boiling water for 10 minutes. Discard
the tea bags and allow the tea to cool. Combine the lemon juice, sugar
and 4 cups of cold water in a large pitcher. Add the tea and lemon
slices. Serve over ice

Mango Ice Tea
1 1/2 quarts cold water
6 high quality black tea bags
2 cups mango nectar
sugar or Splenda sugar substitute
1/4 cup fresh mint leaves
thinly sliced mangoes
Bring water to a boil, turn off heat add tea bags and steep until tea is
dark, about 5 minutes. Remove bags, add mango nectar and add sugar, to
taste. Stir until sugar is dissolved. Place in pitcher and add mint
leaves. Pour over ice and garnish with mango slices.
